These Terms of Service apply to purchases, custom-order requests, and use of the Threads of Grace online store. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the store.

Store Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content.

Product Information

We work to display product descriptions, colors, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Screens, fabrics, garment construction, thread, ink, transfers, and production methods can create reasonable differences in color, texture, sizing, or placement.

Orders and Availability

We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when necessary because of availability, pricing errors, production limitations, suspected fraud, or other operational concerns. If payment has been collected for an order we cannot complete, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Custom Orders

Submitting a custom-order form does not confirm an order. Custom projects are confirmed after review, quote acceptance, and receipt of any required payment. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, dates, names, colors, placement, sizing, and other proof details before production.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, names, or other content, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use it and authorize Threads of Grace to reproduce it for your order. We may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, or inconsistent with our business values.

Pricing and Payment

Prices may change without notice. Custom pricing may depend on product type, quantity, stitch count, decoration method, number of placements, artwork preparation, garment cost, and requested completion date. Production may be paused until required payment is received.

Turnaround and Deadlines

Production and delivery estimates are good-faith estimates rather than guarantees unless a date is specifically confirmed in writing. Delays can result from artwork revisions, customer response time, material availability, equipment issues, carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, corrections, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Custom Order Policy.

Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Threads of Grace is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, carrier delays, customer-provided errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our services, products, or operations change. The version posted on the website applies to new orders and website use after the update.
