Shipping & Local Pickup Policy
Production time and delivery time are separate. Custom products must be completed before they can be shipped or prepared for pickup.
Processing Time
Most standard custom projects are estimated at 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval and after all required garments or materials are available. Large orders, detailed designs, special-order products, multiple placements, and rush requests may require additional time.
Shipping Options
Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges are shown at checkout when shipping is offered. Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and are provided by the carrier.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. Customers must wait for a ready-for-pickup notification before arriving and should follow the pickup instructions provided with the order. Pickup details are shared privately after the order is ready.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available. Carrier scans and delivery updates may take time to appear after a label is created.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues
Threads of Grace is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. Please contact us promptly if a package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered so we can help review the available carrier information.
Damaged Packages
Please photograph the packaging and product and contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if an order arrives damaged.
